Firm Fitness Coventry provides mobile personal training services within Coventry and surrounding areas. Mobile personal training is an ideal solution for the following people:

  • Those that don’t enjoy the gym environment.
  • People that are too busy with work or family to afford the time to make it to the gym, it saves time if the gym comes to you.
  • Anyone that has invested in exercise equipment that maybe gets neglected due to a lack of motivation.

Anonymous Competition… what is it?

To ensure that you still get the benefits of the gym, such as goals, competitiveness and more, I have devised a way to simulate this through careful planning.

In the most basic sense; clients compete against each other anonymously using nick names. All clients carry out the same cardiovascular training session over a course of 3 weeks per plan. During the 3 weeks we will compare your results to the other competing clients.

This method stimulates fantastic results. Not only is everyone making consistent improvements in their performance, but they are regularly losing weight and having fun all at the same time!

Even if you feel that you might struggle in the early weeks, no one will ever know who you actually are. And to make things more fun and interesting, this blog site is where I will host the results and clients can (using their nick names again) comment on the results and cheer on or even wind up (the funniest element of all of this for me) their fellow competitors.

However… if you feel that this is not for you I also carry out a variety of other types of session. I can cater to any of the following needs:

  • A desire to lose weight.
  • You’d like to bulk up.
  • You simply want to feel better.
  • Gaining confidence.
  • If you’d like to learn to skills, i.e. Kettlebells, Clubbells, boxing, Thai boxing / kick boxing and more.

How it all works…

Step 1. Free Consultation

I pay you a visit at your home to discuss your goals, your current health, examine the space you have available and answer any questions you might have.

Step 2. Introductory Sessions

We will use the first session to assess your current level of fitness, strength and flexibility. The next 2 sessions will be spent experimenting with different pieces of equipment, and learning how to be safe, such as lifting methods.

Step 3. The Real Work Begins!

By this time you should have the appropriate knowledge of how to train safely, and I will have the understanding of your body and its limitations. We will start on the real path to success whether it be by way of anonymous competition or any other method.

My promise to you is that I won’t make you do the things you really don’t want to do. For example if you don’t want to go outside for a run, that’s fine. I am inventive enough to find ways to get the results whilst you continue to enjoy yourself. But be aware of the fact that this is not a walk in the park, this kind of lifestyle change is demanding, but so very worth it.
